A thread lift is a non-surgical treatment that uses specialised surgical threads to lift sagging skin to correct the mid face, jawline, neck and eyes to give a tighter, more youthful appearance. The threads are highly effective and safe and are inserted into the subcutaneous tissue to produce an instant lift to the tissues without the need for surgery. A further benefit will be seen 6-8 weeks after treatment due to an increased production of collagen. The threads are completely biodegradable and will be safely absorbed by the body over 10-12 months. The type of threads we use at Reform are called PDO (polydioxanone).
