After you have had composite bonding on your teeth, you would care for your composite bonding as you would your natural teeth. Brush with fluoride toothpaste and floss twice daily. Just like your enamel, composite resin bonding can become stained. To keep your smile looking fresh and white, limit your consumption of food and drinks with a strong colour, such as black coffee and red wine. We also recommend visiting our practice twice a year, or every six months, for your regular dentist and hygienist appointments.
