Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
Respecting each other’s time
At Reform, we work hard to provide high-quality dental care and ensure appointments run on time. To help us do this, we kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
How to cancel an appointment
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice (or 48 hours for longer appointments, such as hygiene or treatment sessions).
- Notice should be given by phone, email, or in person.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- If you cancel late or miss your appointment without notice:
- Private Patients: A cancellation fee may apply depending on the length and type of appointment.
Why This Matters
Late cancellations or missed appointments waste valuable clinical time and may delay care for other patients.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you miss an appointment due to unexpected illness, travel disruption, or family emergencies, please let us know—we will do our best to be supportive.
Opening hours of the practice
- Tues 8.30-5.30

Appointment Reminders
Please note that although we send text message reminders ahead of your appointment, the successful delivery of these relies on our text provider, your mobile network provider and your phone. Therefore, you should NOT rely on text messages as the sole reminder of your appointment. We will not be held responsible for any appointments missed because of non-delivery of the text message, regardless of the reason for its failure.
